One entity machines the metal. The other engineers the electromagnetic function. Together they deliver a complete solenoid valve assembly from a single supplier.

Because the valve bodies, armatures, plungers and precision metal parts are machined in-house by Nachuan, customers buying complete solenoid valve assemblies get one point of contact for both the electromagnetic function and the metal parts.
Valve bodies, armatures, plungers and precision metal parts all leave our own machine shop — turned, milled, slotted and ground to drawing.
Turned shafts with integral gear forms, drilled and cross-pinned in a single setup for concentricity.
Shaft-and-gear assemblies matched as a set, so the mesh and run-out are correct at assembly.
Threaded bodies and connector fittings machined to tight bore and thread tolerances, deburred clean.

Solenoid products are quoted and supported separately by the Xinding team. Machining enquiries are handled by Nachuan. Tell us which one you need and we will route it to the right engineers.
