Dongguan Nachuan Precision Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2004. We are specialized in precise fabrication and supply of parts and components for communication, furniture, electronic non-standard isolation, microwave and nonferrous construction equipment, aerospace industry, military industry, consumer digital products, etc. We own many CNC precision machines and inspection equipment.
Our Services include (but are not limited to): CNC milling, CNC turning, grinding; polishing, anodizing, plating, painting and assembly. We can process materials such as Aluminum, Brass, Bronze, Copper, Stainless Steel, Steel / Steel Alloy, Nylon, POM, Acrylic and Derlin.

QUALITY & CERTIFICATIONS

ISO 9001:2015 — Certificate Re-issuance Underway
Our quality management system is built and operated to GB/T 19001-2016 / ISO 9001:2015. Our certificate — first issued in December 2022 — is being re-issued to cover our current facility, and we will publish the new certificate as soon as it is granted.
Process control covers incoming material inspection, in-process checks, final 100% inspection and packing. QMS documentation, internal audit records and inspection reports are available on request.
IATF 16949:2016 — Certification Underway
Our automotive quality system is currently being implemented and audited. We do not claim certification until it is granted.
Until then, automotive components are produced under our ISO 9001:2015-based quality system, with PPAP-level documentation, material certificates and full inspection reports provided with every shipment.
GROUP SYNERGY
One Group, Two Competencies.
Nachuan Precision is the machining entity of our group. Our sister company, Dongguan Xinding Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., designs and manufactures solenoids, electromagnets and solenoid valves.
Because the valve bodies, armatures, plungers and precision metal parts are machined in-house by Nachuan, customers buying complete solenoid valve assemblies get one point of contact for both the electromagnetic function and the metal parts — which means shorter lead times, stable quality and one quality system across the whole assembly.
Solenoid products are quoted and supported separately by the Xinding team. Machining enquiries are handled by Nachuan. Tell us which one you need and we will route it to the right engineers.
